Timecards are not imported in Project Costing due to an error related to burden schedule

Hello,

I am struggling with the following issue related to Projects: I want to charge labor cost on a project in Progress US using a resource that is assigned to an organization in US BU.

I am working with PPM01.Student on Grants Management (I provided to this user access for Progress BU). For the project I created (in the Progress BU), I enabled the cross-charge option at project and tasks level. The project manager of the project is PPM01.student. I added the resource also in the US Person Cost Rates rate schedule. This user/resource is assigned to Consulting South US organization.
