How to get role privilege resource information shown under the function security policy?

Summary:

Each privilege or function security policy in the IT Security Console has resources underneath it, and I'm wondering if there's a way to query for this information. It seems like there might be information inside the privileges that might allude more to what the privilege does or where it can go. Does anyone know if there is a SQL table that contains this information?

For example: Inside a role in the IT Security Console, when you click on Search Supplier, it shows Details below it that contain Resource Name and Description. This helps to understand where the privilege takes you. Sometimes the name of the privilege is not enough to understand what it does, so understanding the resources that are contained within it, would be extremely helpful.
