Adding Image for Smart forms in RSSP is not working

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We have added the image url in smart form definition but it is not working.

We already run the scheduled process 'ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS' with parameter Program Name to run Bulk Ingest value as 'prc_por_downstream' but still smart form image is not visible.
