Created an HDL for bulk updating Notice Period, it is loading in one instance but failing in other

Summary:

I created an HDL for bulk updating Notice Period & convert it from 3 months to 90 days, it is loading in one instance but failing in other. Attaching here the HDL template for updating notice period that I used in both the env, it got loaded in one env but failed in another. Error in 2nd environment is -
