Skill Assessment Rating Override Control and Approval Configuration

Summary:

Hi Team,

When I try to complete a skill assessment as an employee (Navigation: Me → Grow → Skills → Skill Assessment), I am able to take the assessment successfully. After completing it, the system suggests a rating value based on the assessment result (correct/incorrect score).

However, I am able to manually change the rating value in the field “How would you rate your skill level?”.

Could you please clarify:

1: Can this behavior be controlled so that the rating value is fixed or restricted based on the system-generated score?

2: Is it possible to configure an approval workflow for the submitted skill rating?
