Closing balance input is not calculating movement when it is missing for the subsequent period.

Summary:

Closing balance input is not calculating movement when it is missing for the subsequent period.

When we are loading YTD data through file, where we don't have data for some account in subsequent period, it is not calculating the movement from closing balance input member correctly. when we reload the data file again and again then it fixed the issue. It is YTD application.
For example- We have data in Feb for XYZ account, it is calculating movement from CBI member correctly now let say we don't have any data for XYZ account in mar period, Then my movement should be CBI-OB= 0 - 75=-75( Say OB is 75) so expected behaviour is 0-75=-75 as movement so closing balance will become 0 for mar period. but it is not happening when user is loading the same file again and again then it is fixing the issue. Client is fed up and want to know why it is happening like this. why reversal is not
