Generate CSV on ProjectImportTemplate fbdi is not working.

Summary:

I am clicking on 'Generate CSV' file on FBDI file downloaded from the location-

The action on the excel page is not doing anything. The action - Developer Tab>Macros> Run Macros is also not working.

I cannot raise an SR for this as it is clearly a bug. Need support from product development.
