Field missing in Add Assignment process

We noticed that when trying to complete Add Assignment process a filed called "Acting up or Secondment" is missing. The field is available on the Employment page. I reviewed the set up by using a Sandbox but couldn't allocate it. Does anyone know how to add this field back. Please see screenshots below. We're currently using classic UI and Redwood. Redwood page has that field. We use both classic UI and Redwood, as Redwood process not always works. Any help will be appreciated.
