Issues with Eloqua Insights
Hello Oracle community,
Our colleagues noticed recurring and persistent issues with accessing Eloqua Insight. The issue concerns POD 6.
The main issues which was detected by the users:
- While trying to editing reports error popping-up " You do not have access privilege for this subject area" - but this report was initially created by the user and no permissions was changed.
- Report freezing out - with refresh its still stuck. Data from Insights takes 5 hours instead of 30-40minutes
- Insights does not opening - loads till message "504 Gateway Time-out"
Do you know why these issues are occurring? We have them the past couple of weeks.
