Learning Alert Frequency by the Minute

Summary:
We are looking for our Learning alerts/email notifications to trigger by the minute. We recall being able to set these up by the minute, prior to the 26A release, however it is no longer available. Has anyone else seen this change?
Is anyone able to confirm that the lowest increment that can be set is 1 hour?

The lowest frequency option we now see available is Hourly. When we change Hour to 0, we get an error message.
