RSSP：TCC (Tax Classificaiton Code) Not Defaulted for Inventory Items

Tax Classification Code (TCC) is not defaulted for inventory items in RSSP, while it is correctly defaulted in Classic SSP under the same setup (Manage Application Tax Options).

◆RSSP: TCC is not defaulted.

◆CSSP: TCC is defaulted.

◆Setup: Manage Application Tax Option
　Financial Options Tax Classification (value: P10.00_29999）
　Defaulting Order 1 （value: Payable financial option)
