Two fields are not getting populated in the assignment level while converting a PWK to an employee
Summary:
“Default Expense Account” and “Timecard Required” fields are mandatory when converting a pending worker to an employee. However, we have observed that although these fields are being selected during the conversion process, they are not consistently retained afterward for certain employees and these employees have blank values in the Assignment level.
This issue does not affect all employees, but when these fields are missing, payroll cannot be processed. The payroll team must manually update the missing information before proceeding. which is creating delays sometimes and additional effort.
