Redwood Position Search: Custom SQL Predicate results in Blank Screen

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a challenge with the Redwood Position Search page. I am trying to implement a custom security requirement where a Line Manager should see positions in their hierarchy PLUS any positions where they are explicitly marked as the Supervisor on the position record (HR_ALL_POSITIONS_F.SUPERVISOR_ID).

The Problem:
When I apply a Custom SQL Predicate to the HR_ALL_POSITIONS_F data resource, the Redwood Position Search results come back completely blank.

Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
