Course Descriptions not appearing in Specialization Enrollment Page

We are seeing an odd behavior we have not seen before.

When you look at the Course Specialization, you get its description at the top, and when you expand each course in the specialization you see that course's description:

However, when you are enrolled, and you are looking at the Enrollment, the Specialization description not longer appears at the top and the when you expand each course, the description there is now the specializations description instead of the course description:

Is this a change, or did we not notice this before. I did find a discussion that the Specialization description not at the top was known, but I am specifically wondering why we are not seeing the course description for each course.
