Permission required to view historical changes on employment info page for terminated employees

in Human Capital Management

When logged in as a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager, I want to view the Termination event in Historical Changes on the Employment Information page for terminated employees, so that I can review termination details.

Already granted

  • RA_PER_VIEW_TERMINATION_DUTY, and
  • View Worker Assignment History Details

to our custom recruiter role but still its not working.
