Requisition Status is not updating properly

Summary:

When we are searching the Requisition from My Requisitions (RSSP) UI, the header status is showing incorrect. But when we click on Requisition number then the actual status is showing.

Here all the Lines of the requisition are having same status:

This is happening form last couple of days and not for all requisition. It is happening randomnly for many requisitions. Even if we are exporting it from this UI, then also status is coming incorrectly.

Also, this is happening for any type of requisition randomly be it PR or IR and for any status like Draft, pending approval, Approved, Ordered, Delivered etc.
