FYI notifications shows: The task details is not available at this time.
Summary:
I created a new user account with shared mailbox as email and assigned a user role (no employee profile) then I updated the approval rule to send FYI to this user. When I perform the transaction to send the FYI, the notification was sent but shows the below content:
Access this task in the Worklist Application The task details is not available at this time. Login to Workspace Application to view the details.
There are employees with the same user role and they are able to see the actual details. Is this an access issue? If so, what privilege is missing?
