Add Assignment

Hi,

Process Add Assignment, in the section When and Why, there is a question: Will the assignment be temporary or permanent. The answers available are Temporary and Permanent. I need to remove option Temporary. How can I achieve this? I already tried Sandbox/HCM Experience Design Studio. Please see screenshots below. If we can't remove the Temporary option, is it possible to make the Permanent as defaulted value?
