41011 and 41012 Models are taking very long time to run and not generating any results.

Hello,

We are facing issue with below 2 models. When we are trying run the models post we imported the same from Oracle Library, these models are taking very long time to run and not generating any results. Both of these models show different status and stopped running post long run hours. Please refer their respective status and error messages shown by system as below.

41011: Created or Updated Receivables Invoices by IT Superusers
Status: Cancelled
Error Message: The job was cancelled because the server was shut down. Reschedule the job. (GTG-3660452)

41012: Created or Updated Receivables Standard Receipts by IT Superusers
