CPQ Data Cube SFTP connection fails with server key validation

Hello Community,

We are facing an issue configuring an SFTP connection for Data Cube exports in Oracle CPQ INT environment. Oracle Support reviewed the SR but did not provide a working solution, so we are looking for community guidance.

Issue:

Integration Center fails to validate the SFTP connection with the error: "Test connection failed – Server key did not validate".
Because of this, Data Cube exports are not being generated.

Environment / Setup:

  • CPQ Environment: INT
  • Feature: Integration Center – Data Cube Export
  • SFTP Provider: Azure Blob Storage with SFTP enabled
  • Port: 22
  • Authentication: Username / Password
  • Host key algorithm: ECDSA (sha2-nistp256)
  • Known host key uploaded manually via Integration Center UI
