Using Actions - Creating a HR Help Desk Request with PPOC and Affected Person

Summary:
We are using the Action of creating a HR Help Desk Request to effectively create a child SR. However, we do not see in the list of attributes the Primary Point of Contact or the Affected Person.
With escalating to a Case, we're able to select the appropriate contacts to add to the Case. Is there a way for us to add the original PPOC and Affected Person to the newly created HR Help Desk SR?
