OTBI dashboard row count limit

Summary:
I have a dashboard in OTBI that, depending on the user input prompts, may produce more than 500 lines of data. There seems to be a row limit of 500 that I cannot change. I am a BI administrator but with limited roles. What should I do to get all data lines exported? Is there a way to turn the limit off or edit it?
