Hello,

Client is in a Supply Chain implementation that includes Procurement (Core Purchasing, Sourcing, AND Procurement Contracts).

Client is also thinking of reviewing Enterprise Contracts for their legal team to maintain contracts (NDAs, MSSAs, etc.)

Questions are -

  • Does B91082 (Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Service) used for Buyers also allow the buyers to maintain contracts within the Enterprise Contracts module? If not, what exactly does Procurement Contracts provide? What license do they need to maintain Terms Library for their Terms and Conditions?
  • Is B86732 (Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts Cloud Service) the main license part number to get users to manage (create, edit, end date) contracts and terms templates etc.?
