Cannot select Business Units by priviledge "Manage Lease Configuration".

I added "Manage Lease Configuration" priviledge and add the Business Unit Data Security Policy.

However, when the user which have this role access to Configuration Task"Manage Lease Accuonting Configuration", error occcurs.

Error says

"You do not have the required permission to perform this task. Your applications security administrator can grant you one of the authorized roles listed for this task."

How can I resolve this?
