Increase Productivity Using Generative AI Capabilities Feature is not working

We are trying to work with the new AI Assist feature "Generative AI capabilities for creating keyword rich product descriptions"

We have followed the Steps to Enable and Configure; However, it is not responding as we get a blank formatted description although we have a clear item description.

Is there any missing setup?
