Required Table to get "Add Organizations to Tree" under Manage Project Organization Classifications

Summary:

We are unable to get the right table where the Add organization tree information stored.
We tried to link the table PER_ORG_TREE_NODE_RF, PER_ORG_TREE_NODE, FND_TREE_VERSION_VL, FND_TREE_VL to get the combination attached in screenshot.

Required a table where we can get Selected organization name and assigned Tree Name, Version and parent organization.
