Replace Not Working for Reconciliation Compliance Transactions

When importing Transactions for Reconciliation Compliance, (not transaction matching), the Replace option in Data Integration does not work, and leaves old values even though the Workbench on Export shows that the old data values are gone and not imported. Is this expected?

Basically what it says in the summary. I see that Transactions for Transaction Matching behave this way, but is it expected that loading Transactions for Reconciliation Compliance also behave this way? I see that the Import Premapped Transactions specifically have a Replace option, so it's a bit confusing.
