Bulk Inventory Write-Off for Multiple Items and Multi-SKU Locations in Oracle WMS Cloud

Summary:

We have a business requirement to perform a bulk inventory write-off activity in the Oracle WMS Cloud system.

Currently, we have 5500+ items distributed across 1060+ active locations, and most of the locations are multi-SKU.

Based on our current understanding, the following approaches are available:

1. Cycle Count Process
This approach requires counting or removing each SKU individually from multi-SKU locations.
Due to the large number of items and locations, this process is operationally time-consuming and not feasible for our volume.

2. Modify Quantity / Inventory Adjustment
While this approach can achieve the write-off, performing it manually for 5500+ items across multi-SKU locations is not practical.
