why is the FTE calculation considering the Enterprise level when Job level is available?
Summary:
The FTE calculation is considering the Enterprise level when Job level is available on P3 instance
The hierarchy for derived standard working hour which is :“Position > Job > Location > Department > Legal Employer > Enterprise” is not followed in my instance.
We have kept position level as null so that the derived standard working hour should consider Job level for FTE calculation.
But instead, it is picking Enterprise level.
Is there any explanation/solution for this?

For example:
For an employee who has a Job Title with 35 Standard Work Hours, their assignment record shows 35 hours in the Derived Standard Working hours field. The FTE calculation should then take Assignment Working Hours/ Derived Standard Working Hours. So, if the Assignment Working Hours is 35, then FTE = 1. However, the FTE is calculating to .875. This is because the Enterprise Standard Working Hours = 40, and 35/40 = .875.
