Cost Rollup and Budget calculation when Child Task Organization is different from Parent Task Org.
Summary:
In our Project Financial Mgmt, few sub tasks have different Task Organization than the Parent Task Organization. Parent task Org is same as the Project Org.
The budget hours/cost of the sub-tasks is rolling up to the parent Task and so are the Actuals, regardless of the different Organizations.
Wanted to know how the roll up works when the Orgs do not match
If anyone could pls guide.
