Changes Only Extract

Summary:

In the Extract i added Three new attributes Two are DBI and another one is Extract Rule. I made changes in the Template as well. This integration requires baseline. This integration is schedule in on every month 6 th and 10th and passing effective date as Month date date. So which effective date I need to run the baseline.

Scenario:

Baseline run on April 30th with all attributes. The next run i run the extract with changed Attributes and date i passed as May 31 the output file contains all records not only changed records.
