Hi Team,

With the ARCS 26.04 update, the introduction of Global Rules is a very welcome enhancement. During the April 2026 ARCS webinar, @Tim Gaumont-Oracle demonstrated several Global Rules that leverage Profile Predicted Attributes and Predicted Risk Ratings, which clearly showcased the potential of this feature.

Would it be possible to share some of the Global Rules demonstrated in the April 2026 webinar on Customer Connect, along with their configuration details?

Specifically, it would be extremely helpful to understand:

  • What Filters and attributes were configured for each rule
    • Especially the Filters, as these were not visible in the demo
