In the "Audit Reports" page, Search Result, "specific attributes" cannot be selected

in Supplier Management

In the Audit Reports page, in Search Results, "Show User-Related Details", "Show Attribute Details and "Show additional object identifier columns" checkboxes are inactive and therefore cannot be selected.

Furthermore, in "Search", "Business Object Type" does not contain any value.

I did the configuration as explained here:

Kindly help to clarify what is missing, since I got a result after running the search, but I need more details.
