Talent Review – “Find by Analysis” returns no results for specific user

Hi all,

I’m currently facing an issue in Talent Review when trying to populate a meeting using the “Find by Analysis” option.

For one specific user, when selecting the analysis, the system returns “No results found”. However, this behavior is not consistent across users — for example, a super user is able to select the same analysis and retrieve results without any issue.

From our checks so far:

  • The issue only occurs for this user
  • The problem appears only when using the analysis within the Talent Review meeting flow
  • It only happens with some country-specific analyses, not all

We have already tried refreshing the analysis (removing and re-adding a column and saving), with no change.We also reviewed her AOR and it seems correctly aligned with the population she should be able to see.
