Updating Final Disbursement value using HDL

Fusion has standard behaviour when you terminate someone then fusion creates a Final Settlement entry in Absence plan and the same goes into Absence Calculation Card. We are looking for a way to update this value either via REST API or HDL.

We tried REST API and HDL but both way we couldn't achieve it.

Then we thought of updating it directly in Calculation Cards but we get error and oracle confirmed on SR that starting 25C it is not possible to update Absence Calculation Cards on Payroll side.

Does anyone know any way to achieve this?
