Restrict Edit/Delete Actions on Additional Person Info (EIT) by Specific Context (Info Group)

Is there a specific functional or data security privilege that can be assigned to restrict the Edit and Delete button for a specific Info Group context?
We are aware that the privilege Manage Person Extra Information by Worker gives access to the "Edit" and "Delete" actions, however we cannot remove the privilege since it will also affect the other Info Group.
