Regarding Profile Option FYI Notifications Expiration Period

Summary:

Hello,

I configured this profile option to be = 1 in dev instance for testing

And per oracle documentation the related process runs every three days starting the first day of the month

But after enabling the profile option I made a transaction and for 4 days now the FYI notification is not automatically dismissed from the bill notification

Is there anything I missed and how to check for those related processes if its runs or not?
