Cannot search for Translated Text Value Set in Key Flexfield

Summary:

I created a Value Set with Subtype "Translated Text" but when searching for it in the Key Flexfield, I cannot seem to find any value set of type "Translated Text" not just the value set I created, What is the reason for this?? And is there any workaround?
