Capturing the Fusion actor automatically in an xAPI statement when using external content

In the PDF its explained how one can create with REST API the Leearning item and what would be the payload (image 1)

I have created a simple page with one link that sends a statement but I would like to understand what shoud I put in the Actor element so it captures the Fusion ID of the user. I think that I should use as "homePage" our Fusion URL, but what would be the "name"?
