RMC Does Not Return Some PermissionSetGrant/Revocation Events Found in Audit Report

The model object “Audit – Role Memberships and Access” is expected to return results based on Audit Report logs. However, we have observed that some events appear in the Audit Report but return no results in RMC.

We are using the RMC model “Audit – Role Memberships and Access” to track role edit activities. However, when we compare the RMC results with the Audit Report logs, we notice that many PermissionSetGrant and PermissionSetRevocation events are missing from the RMC output.
Some activities are successfully captured by the RMC model, while others visible in the Audit Report are not reflected in the RMC results. It is unclear why this inconsistency occurs.
