Item Not Available for External Requisition Despite Purchasable Attribute Enabled

Summary:

I have created an item with the attributes set as follows: Purchasable = Yes and Internally Transferable = Yes. However, on the requisition page, the item only appears with the status Internally Orderable, which restricts me to creating internal purchase requisitions only.

In the client’s scenario, the expectation is that the same item should be available for both internal and external requisitions. Could you help clarify why the item is not available for external requisition and what configuration changes might be required to support both use cases?
