SSO Button randomly appears after IAM upgrade

After upgrade to IAM this weekend, SSO buttons on company with more than 1 SSO instances, randomly appears

ciao, we have noticed that when we try to login in on PROD/DEV envs, the SSO buttons randomly appers.

As you can see from the picture below, sometimes A comes first, sometimes B is the first on the left.

This is not an expected behaviour. We have tried to replicate the issue and, not always, we were able to replicate it cleaning the cache or changing browser.

Could you pls confirm us if it is an expected behaviour or if it is a bug?
