EPM Cloud migration across different domains

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on migrating an application in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Planning Cloud from one identity domain to another.

Since Clone Environment is not supported across domains, my approach is to use the Artifact Snapshot (export from source and import into the target environment).

Before proceeding, I have identified the following steps:

  • Creation of the target environment in the new identity domain
  • Creation/alignment of the same users and groups between source and target environments
  • Verification of source and target environment version alignment
  • Upload and import of the source Artifact Snapshot

While reviewing the snapshot, I noticed that several import files contain references to the original identity domain (e.g., <IDMDomain>old domain's name</IDMDomain> ).
