We have built an inbound integration to run reports and submit the HDL (HCM Data Loader) process. In earlier Oracle HCM releases, we assigned the “Enterprise Scheduler Job Application Identity for HCM” user account at the BI Publisher folder level to support report execution.

Recently, we observed that this user account now appears to be renamed to “FUSION_APPS_Enterprise Scheduler Job Application Identity for HCM.” This change was not made by our team. Additionally, when attempting to assign this user account—using either the old name or the new name—to another BI Publisher folder, we are unable to locate the user account in the security assignment list.
