Multiple matching rows for a row of type:TradingPartnerItemRelationship

in Inventory Management

I am trying to create Trading partner Item relationship in oracle fusion using REST service '/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/tradingPartnerItemRelationships'
but getting below error
'Applying List binding LOV_Item with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:TradingPartnerItemRelationship1'When i use same payload while org assign rule for child org is disable while creating item. It is working but when auto org assign rule is unable it is failing.
