You need to enter a valid value for the PersonId attribute. The current values are {Person Number}

I am trying to upload performance rating history using HDL with the Talent Profile.dat file. While doing this, I noticed that some employees do not have a profile code in the system, so I tried to load profile codes for them first using Talent Profile.dat file. However, for one employee, I got an error while uploading the profile code through HDL.

The employee is active and has a valid person ID in the backend. I can also find the employee in the front end under Directory and My Client Groups → Quick Actions → Employment Info. But when I search for the same employee in Person Management, it shows “no results found.”
