How to restrict Manage Inventory Transactions Scheduled process by BU?

Summary:

We have more than 12 BUs. Currently, when one user runs the scheduled process, it is locking or impacting records for other users. There are no parameters available when submitting the scheduled process. Can the scheduled process be restricted by Business Unit or Inventory Organization?
