I see a planned order in the wrong month

Summary:


Item RS.8177.B3
Until June the Sales Order, OnHand and Planned Order in MPS are correct.
Consider the previous lifecycle, the item will reach zero OnHand.
Then I have a Forecast in July and no Planned Order
In addition I have a Forecast in August and I have the related Planned Order.

So, why I don't have a Planned Order for July?
