can we enable cloud guard for our tenancy which only hosts EPM?

We are using prisma cloud for monitoring. One of the recommendation was to enable Cloud Guard. I didn't find any reference to Cloud Guard in the EPM documentation or in this category. I see some information only in OCI-General and most of the topics were not related to SAAS. I would like to know if we can enable Cloud Guard for the tenancy that only hosts EPM and will it give any useful recommendation?
