No results showing for "Recommendations I Made" after P2T refresh

in Learning

we just had a P2T refresh and we have ran scheduled process "Process Learning recommendations". when looking at the 'Recommendations I Made' page, no results are appearing when they should be. here is a screenshot of what i am seeing. Any ideas what we have missed?
